What are the advantages of using online claim?

If our experienced team determines that the airline is unlikely to invoke extraordinary circumstances, you will receive your money within just 3 days of submitting your claim. In contrast, with most other providers, you’ll need to wait until the airline pays – which typically takes several weeks at its best and even much longer if legal proceedings are involved. If the chances for instant compensation are not sufficiently clear, we will pursue your claim directly against the airline. In this case, we handle the entire process, including all costs, and pay you your money once the claim is successfully enforced. With online claim, the process is quick and hassle-free: Whether through instant compensation or enforcement of your claim, the risk is entirely ours!

If online claim offers you instant compensation, you will receive your payment within 3 business days after submitting all the required documents. If it’s not entirely clear whether extraordinary circumstances could apply in favor of the airline, we will pursue your claim directly against the airline. In this case, you will receive your compensation once the claim has been successfully enforced. In either case, we handle the entire process for you – fast, easy, and risk-free!

According to the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (261/04), you are also entitled to compensation if you booked your flight as part of a package holiday.

We currently only buy compensation claims due to a flight delay, cancellation or denied boarding under the Air Passenger Rights Regulation.

online claim only receives 22% of the statutory compensation claim plus VAT. In concrete terms, this means the following: If you are entitled to a refund of EUR 250, you will receive EUR 184.55, if you are entitled to a refund of EUR 400, you will receive EUR 295.28, and if you are entitled to a refund of EUR 600, you will receive EUR 442.92.

As a passenger, you are personally entitled to compensation. This also applies if others, e.g. the employer, paid for the flight ticket.

You can also claim compensation for other people, e.g. family members or friends. If you indicate this in the compensation calculator, the necessary documents will be sent to you automatically by email.

We typically need the boarding pass, a copy of your passport/ID card, and the signed assignment agreement.

Absolutely! You can file a claim on behalf of other air travelers, even if you weren’t a passenger yourself. However, please note that compensation is always awarded to the traveler, even if someone else booked or paid for the flight, e.g. business trip. It’s essential that only the traveler signs the required documents. Make sure to include only the names of the individuals who actually traveled. When submitting the case, simply provide the names and addresses of the travelers who took the flight. Children are also eligible for compensation if a ticket price was paid for them. We process payouts to our customers via SEPA bank transfer. Your bank details will be requested during the assignment process and securely transmitted to us.

Compensation does not need to be taxed. However, for specific cases, we recommend consulting your tax advisor.

The easiest way to handle this is to answer the court's questions truthfully and briefly in writing. In most cases, appearing in person is not necessary.
